Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 1eem ("1eem", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://1eem.cam (the "Website").

1eem is an English-language online betting and casino platform designed for players in Pakistan. The platform offers sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL, T20 Internationals and ICC tournaments — as well as live casino, slots, esports and related services. All balances are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise.

1eem operates under an international gaming licence. It is not licensed by any Pakistani governmental authority, including but not limited to the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP), the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) or any provincial body. 1eem makes no representation that use of this platform is lawful under Pakistani law. Definitions

The following definitions apply throughout these Terms:

• "Platform" / "Website" means the 1eem online betting and casino service accessible at https://1eem.cam and any associated mobile-optimised version thereof.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon completing the registration process and satisfying applicable KYC requirements.
• "Balance" means the funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements that have not yet been fulfilled.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player subject to wagering requirements and other conditions specified at the time of the offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount or bonus plus deposit.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by the Platform before a Player may withdraw funds or access certain features.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering — the regulatory framework and internal procedures the Platform applies to detect and prevent money laundering and financial crime.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary display currency of the 1eem platform.
• "Sports Bet" / "Wager" means a financial stake placed by a Player on a specified outcome of a sporting event, casino game or other eligible market offered by the Platform.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary agreement by the Player to be excluded from the Platform for a defined or indefinite period, activated through the responsible-gambling tools in Account settings.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering, depositing, placing a wager or participating in any promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms and all documents incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and, if registered, request account closure by contacting support.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, promotion-specific terms and bonus conditions published on the Platform. In the event of a conflict, the more specific document shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

Account Eligibility

4.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, to register an Account and use the Platform. 1eem applies strict age verification procedures. Creating an account or attempting to use the Platform while under the applicable minimum age is a material breach of these Terms. 1eem reserves the right to void all wagers, forfeit all balances and permanently close any account found to belong to an underage individual. This age requirement does not constitute a representation that gambling is lawful in Pakistan at any age.

4.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. By registering, you represent that you are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is expressly prohibited by law. 1eem does not guarantee access from all locations and reserves the right to restrict or terminate service to any user or region without prior notice.

4.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Multiple accounts per person — including accounts registered in different names or under a family member's identity — are strictly prohibited. 1eem may merge, suspend or permanently close duplicate accounts and may void any associated wagers or balances in accordance with its AML obligations.

4.4 Excluded Persons

The following persons are not eligible to register or maintain an Account: current or former employees, contractors or agents of 1eem or its affiliated entities; persons who have been permanently self-excluded from 1eem; and persons subject to a court order, regulatory prohibition or operator-imposed restriction preventing their participation.

Account Registration

To access the full features of the Platform, including the ability to deposit funds and place wagers, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current and complete information as requested. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and current.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes;
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not you authorised such activity;
• Notifying 1eem support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account;
• Ensuring that your registered contact details — including email address — remain current and monitored.

1eem will never ask for your password via email, live chat or telephone. Any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

KYC & Identity Verification

As part of its obligations under international AML standards and the requirements of its licence, 1eem operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to provide identity documentation at any point, including but not limited to:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., CNIC, passport);
• Proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill, bank statement);
• Proof of payment source (e.g., bank statement, screenshot of wallet transaction);
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by the Platform's compliance team.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to the Platform's satisfaction. 1eem reserves the right to suspend Account access and place holds on balances pending verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account closure and forfeiture of any bonus funds, in accordance with applicable AML obligations.

Deposits & Payments

Deposits must be made using payment methods that are available in the 1eem cashier at the time of the deposit. Available methods may change without notice. 1eem does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific payment method.

References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah and other Pakistani payment providers throughout this Platform are for user familiarity only. These providers do not endorse, partner with or support 1eem. Availability must be verified in the cashier before initiating any transaction.

You agree that:

• All funds deposited must originate from accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited;
• You will not attempt to deposit or process funds that are derived from criminal activity;
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply as stated in the cashier at the time of deposit;
• Transaction fees charged by payment providers are the responsibility of the Player unless stated otherwise;
• 1eem is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players whose Accounts have been fully KYC-verified. Withdrawal processing times are subject to the method chosen, Platform workload and any outstanding verification requirements. No guaranteed processing timelines are made.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawals:

• The Player must have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus-derived funds;
• The withdrawal must be submitted to a method in the Player's own name and, where applicable, the same method used for the original deposit;
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply as stated in the cashier;
• 1eem reserves the right to request additional documentation for large or unusual withdrawal requests;
• Withdrawals may be delayed or declined where the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering or a Terms breach.

Bonuses & Promotions

1eem may offer bonuses, promotions, free bets and other incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the promotion. General principles applicable to all promotions include:

• Bonuses are intended for recreational Players. 1eem reserves the right to withhold, modify or reclaim bonuses where it determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player is engaging in pattern-play designed to exploit promotional terms rather than for genuine recreational betting;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified expiry period. Unused bonus funds that expire will be removed from the Player's balance without compensation;
• Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount only (not the deposit);
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Game contribution rates are stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bets placed on non-contributing games will not count towards wagering completion;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms expressly permit otherwise;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting wagering requirements.

Betting Rules

All sports bets, casino wagers and other transactions placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game or market. These rules are accessible within the Platform. General betting rules include:

• A wager is final and cannot be altered or cancelled once confirmed, unless the Platform explicitly offers a cash-out or bet-cancellation feature for the relevant market;
• 1eem reserves the right to limit maximum stake amounts on any market or game at its discretion, without prior notice;
• Where an error in odds, market data or game results occurs due to a technical fault or human error, 1eem reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts;
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, 1eem's determination — based on official and/or independent data sources — shall be final;
• Bets placed after an event has already commenced (other than on in-play markets where available) may be voided at the Platform's discretion.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts on the Platform, whether under the same or different identities;
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit promotions or interact with the Platform in any non-human manner;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players — including sharing information about in-play wagers for mutual advantage;
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors or technical glitches for financial gain;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering or proceeds of crime;
• Attempting to access another Player's account without authorisation;
• Engaging in any activity that is abusive, threatening or harmful toward Platform staff or other users;
• Using VPNs, proxy services or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or account restrictions imposed by the Platform.

1eem reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where required by its licence obligations or applicable law.

Responsible Gambling

1eem is committed to the responsible provision of gambling services. The Platform provides the following responsible-gambling tools, which are available to all registered Players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly deposit caps that prevent the Player from depositing beyond a self-defined threshold;
• Loss Limits: Hard stops on net losses within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Alerts and automatic session termination after a Player-defined period of continuous play;
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary suspension of the Account for a Player-defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: A formal request to be excluded from the Platform for a defined or indefinite period. During self-exclusion, the Player's account is suspended and deposits are not accepted.

Players aged under the applicable minimum age are strictly prohibited from using the Platform. The 18+ requirement does not represent a determination that gambling is lawful in Pakistan. Local laws may restrict or prohibit participation regardless of age.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, data and game content — is the property of 1eem or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only.

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorisation;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software;
• Use the 1eem brand name, logo or trademarks in any manner without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1eem shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from gambling outcomes;
• Platform downtime, technical errors or data-transmission failures;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any third-party payment processor delays or failures.

1eem does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or error-free Platform availability. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect access without prior notice.

Privacy & Data Protection

The collection, storage and processing of your personal data is governed by the 1eem Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Key data-handling principles applied by 1eem include:

• Personal data is collected only for specified, legitimate purposes and not processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes;
• Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations;
• Personal data is not sold to unaffiliated third parties;
• Players may request access to, correction of or deletion of their personal data, subject to the Platform's legal-retention obligations.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating entity holds its international gaming licence. 1eem expressly does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts with respect to the operation of the Platform or these Terms, except where required by applicable mandatory local law provisions.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you agree to contact 1eem support in the first instance to seek resolution. The Platform operates a formal complaint procedure; details are available from the support team. If a complaint cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal process, the Player may refer the matter to the dispute-resolution body designated by the operator's licence authority.

This clause does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable law that cannot be excluded by contractual agreement.

Amendments to These Terms

1eem reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Platform will publish a revised version with an updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where reasonably practicable, Players will be notified of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the revised Terms take effect.
